The Polamer workforce consists of an exceptional group of dedicated and accordingly educated professionals working to achieve the most productive team possible. We currently employ 72 workers, from which 40 are highly qualified and talented machine operators. Our firm covers production, engineering, and quality in it's greatest depth to really show we stand out from the competition.

Our President, Chris Galik, with over 25 years of experience in this industry, has been pursuing his vision for this company since 1997 and continues to dedicate strong knowledge in engineering in a pursuit towards being the leading manufacturer.
